Paul Reeves

Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury matters. Paul has extensive experience in a courtroom and has tried well over 50 cases before a judge and jury. Paul, a native of Kershaw, South Carolina, is a 1981 graduate of the University of South Carolina.  

Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina, Paul worked on a Masters Degree in Public Administration while also working for the South Carolina Legislative CouncilPaul graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1985.  While in law school, Paul was extremely active in Moot Court as well as the National Trial Competition, sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers, where Paul won the regional competition and went on to participate in the national finals.

Following his graduation from law school, Paul obtained a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Luke N. Brown, Jr., Circuit Court Judge for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit until 1986.  He then became an Assistant Solicitor for the Fifth Judicial Circuit for two years prior to going into private practice in 1988. Paul spent 5 years as an associate to Jack Swirling before heading out and starting his own practice
